This notice explains how Customnex handles personal data connected with this website, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What this website collects

This website has no sign-up, no analytics and no advertising cookies. The demo request form does not store anything: it only opens your messaging app or your email app with a message you can edit and choose to send. Our web host keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.

When you contact us

If you message or email us, we use your name, company and contact details only to reply, arrange a demo and prepare a proposal. We do not sell or share them with anyone for marketing.

The live demo

The demo company and every number in it are made up. Nothing you type into the demo is sent anywhere.

Client data

For clients, data processed by the Agentic Centre stays on the client's own server. How we handle it is set out in each client's service agreement.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to [email protected].
